Attention: To read the pages in Vietnamese, you have to be sure to have Unicode fonts installed on your computer (at least Times New Roman or Arial)...  These characters (ă, ằ, ắ, ẳ, ẵ, ặ, â, ầ, ấ, ẩ, ẫ, ậ, ơ, ờ, ớ, ở, ỡ, ợ, ô, ê, ư, á, à, ả, ã, ạ, đ, ế, ộ) are some of Vietnamese special characters and accent marks; so if you can read them, then your machine is Vietnamese Unicode ready. If not, then first try go to View menu of your browser and uncheck Encoding off Auto-Select (click to take the check mark in front of it off), set Encoding to Unicode (UTF-8).  If the Vietnamese characters still didn't display correctly, you can go to this site to download the font then install on your machine then go to your browser's Internet Option to change your web font to Times New Roman (or any of the fonts you just download and install from the above site), and change plain font to Courier, ...
